平台开放度、吸引力与双元创新:互补性资产的中介作用

Platform Openness,Attractiveness and Ambidextrous Innovation:The Intermediary Role of Complementary Assets

在平台竞争日趋激烈的环境中,双元创新是平台企业获得竞争优势的重要来源之一。通过对380份有效问卷进行分析,研究发现:平台开放度与平台吸引力均能够正向促进平台企业的双元创新;同时平台开放度和平台吸引力也能够通过互补性资产促进平台企业的双元创新,即互补性资产在其中起部分中介的作用。

In an environment of increasingly fierce platform competition,ambidextrous innovation is one of the most important sources for platform companies to gain competitive advantage.The research analyzes the mechanism of platform openness and platform attractiveness to the ambidextrous innovation of platform companies by issuing questionnaires to Internet platform companies.The research finds that both platform openness and platform attractiveness can positively promote the ambidextrous innovation of platform enterprises;meanwhile,platform openness and platform attractiveness can promote the ambidextrous innovation of platform enterprises through complementary assets,that is,the complementary assets play a role as the intermediary.
