On the Generative Mechanism and Cultivation of Positive Social Emotions in the New Age

新时代,社会主要矛盾发生转变,积极社会情绪的生成条件面临着情绪主体的外在环境发展不平衡、个体行为激励不足、内在个体需求得不到满足等问题,由此社会群体容易产生负面情绪。社会新时代积极社会情绪的生成机制,包括精神与物质需要获得满足的外化表达机制、内在动机转化为积极行为的激励机制、个体主动融入群体形成认知共识的积极评价机制、应对矛盾冲突的选择机制等。需要通过不断发展经济,加强利益协调和利益表达的双向配合,保障民众的政治参与,加强党的建设,协调价值引导、人文关怀、舆论调控的整体推进,完善现代心理咨询体系,加强情绪疏导、救助等路径来培育积极社会情绪。

In the new era,major social contradictions have undergone changes,and the conditions for the formation of positive social emotions are faced with such problems as unbalanced development of the external environment,insuffi cient stimulation of individual behaviors,and unmet internal individual needs,etc.;thus,social groups are prone to producing negative emotions.The generation mechanism of positive social emotions in the new era includes the following ones:the external expression mechanism for satisfi ed spiritual and material needs,the incentive mechanism of positive behaviors transformed from intrinsic motivation,the positive evaluation mechanism where individuals actively integrate into the collective to form cognitive consensus,and the choice mechanism of coping with confl icts,etc.To this end,the following measures are put forward:developing the economy constantly,strengthening the two-way cooperation between interest coordination and interest expression,ensuring people’s political participation,strengthening the construction of the Party,taking the whole advancement for coordinating value guidance,humane care,and public opinion regulation and control,improving the modern psychological consultation system,cultivating positive social emotions by strengthening emotional guidance and providing social assistance.
