摘要
目的依据分光光度计还原法原理,利用微型锂电池、传感器、全分析系统,研制特定波长便携式血液中CO检测仪。方法选择以发光二极管(LED)为光源的单光源模式,以比色皿为样品池,设置内部参比,对光强进行校正。整个系统进行集成,实现数据采集、信号处理和运算一体化,直接显示测定结果。结果最终形成体积小、质量轻、操作简便、检测快速、结果准确的便携式检测仪。结论满足CO中毒人员的现场快速检验需求,为临床及刑侦提供判定依据。
Objective To develop a portable blood CO detector with specific wavelength by using miniature lithium battery, sensor and whole analysis system, according to the principle of spectrophotometer reduction method. Methods The light intensity was corrected by selecting the single light source mode with LED as the light source, setting the internal reference ratio as the sample pool, The whole system was integrated to realize the integration of data acquisition, signal processing and calculation, and directly display the measurement results. Results A portable detector with small volume, light weight, simple operation, rapid detection and accurate results was formed. Conclusion It can meet the needs of rapid on-site inspection of CO poisoning personnel, to provide a basis for clinical and criminal investigation.
