血清可溶性清道夫受体CD163在系统性红斑狼疮患者中表达变化及其诊断价值 被引量:6

Expression and its diagnostic value of serum soluble scavener receptor CD163 in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus

摘要 目的探究血清可溶性清道夫受体CD163(sCD163)在系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)患者中表达变化及其诊断价值。方法选择2017年1月-2019年3月本院收治的123例SLE患者为疾病组,同期本院收治的50例体检健康者为对照组,比较2组血清sCD163水平,比较不同病情严重程度SLE患者血清sCD163水平,采用Spearman相关分析SLE患者血清sCD163水平与病情严重程度的相关性,采用受试者工作特征曲线(ROC)分析血清sCD163对SLE的诊断价值。结果疾病组血清sCD163水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05);中度SLE患者血清sCD163水平显著高于轻度SLE患者(P<0.05);重度SLE患者血清sCD163水平显著高于中度SLE患者(P<0.05)。SLE患者血清sCD163水平与病情严重程度呈正相关(r=0.747,P<0.01);血清sCD163诊断SLE的AUC为0.808,敏感度为67.82%,特异度为96.76%,截断值为494.72 ng/ml。结论血清sCD163在SLE患者中高表达,其水平与SLE病情程度相关,血清sCD163对SLE诊断价值较高,血清sCD163有望成为诊断SLE发病及进展的生物标记物。 Objective To investigate the expression and diagnostic value of serum hemoglobin soluble scavenger receptor CD163(sCD163)in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE).Methods A total of 123 SLE patients(case group)and 50 cases of healthy individuals(control group)in our hospital from January 2017 to March 2019 were prospectively selected.Serum sCD163 levels were compared between groups and among patients with different severity degrees.Spearman correlation analysis was used to analyze the correlation between serum sCD163 level and severity of SLE patients.The receiver operating characteristic curve(ROC)was used to analyze the diagnostic value of serum sCD163 for SLE.Results The serum sCD163 level in the case group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The serum sCD163 level in patients with moderate SLE was significantly higher than that in patients with mild SLE(P<0.05).The serum sCD163 level in patients with severe SLE was significantly higher than that in patients with moderate SLE(P<0.05).Serum sCD163 levels in SLE patients were positively correlated with severity(r=0.747,P<0.01).The AUC,sensitivity,specificity,and cutoff value of serum sCD163 for diagnosis of SLE was 0.808,67.82%,96.76%,and 494.72 ng/ml.Conclusion Serum sCD163 is highly expressed in SLE patients,and its level is related to the disease severity.Serum sCD163 has a higher diagnostic value for SLE,which is expected to be a biomarker for the diagnosis and progression of SLE.
