摘要 通过分析PCBA工业化生产过程中存在的问题,提出一种基于解释性语言Python构建自动化测试系统的设计方案。利用Python语言学习简单、开发应用程序迅速、第三方扩展程序丰富等特点,结合市面上成熟的仪器设备,快速构建出一款用于测试的自动化系统,实现了PCBA的测试信号的注入、输出信号的数据读取、测试数据分析判断、测试数据的保存等操作。通过实际的运行使用,该系统具有搭建简单、使用方便、具备二次扩展开发能力,大大提高了生产测试效率,可以广泛应用到相关的测试环境中。 By analyzing the problems existing in PCBA′s industrial production process, a design scheme for constructing an automatic test system based on the explanatory language Python is proposed. The Python language has characteristics of being easy to study, rapid development for applications and rich third-party extension programs. Combining the Python with mature instruments and equipment on the market, an automatic test system is constructed rapidly, which realizes operations of input of PCBA test signal, reading of output signal, test data analysis and judgement, and test data preservation. The actual operation shows the system has features of simple construction, easy to use, and secondary expansion development. It can greatly improve the efficiency of production and test, so it can be widely used in the relevant test environment.
