摘要 随着科学技术和自动化技术的飞速发展,N个发电厂与调度室组成一个区域电力网,这是一个综合性开放性高度自动化系统。实现电力系统的检测、控制、监视、保护、调度自动化,充分体现现代电力系统高度自动化、信息化、数字化的特点,但要十分庞大的发电系统和电力调度搬进实验室是不现实的。该创新平台一方面能体现真实性,用模拟方法让这套设备搬进了实验室,学生和学员通过实际操作,能了解真实发电过程、并网过程、调度过程以及发电系统可能出现的故障情况,克服了理论教学与实际相脱离的状况,同时满足电力培训中心的技术培训和中小型变电站技术改造的需要。 With the rapid development of science and technology and automation technology, N power plants and dispatching rooms form a regional power network, which is a comprehensive, open and highly automatic system. It can automatically detect, control, monitor, protect and dispatch the power system. But it is unrealistic to move a very large power generation system and power dispatching into the laboratory. On one hand, the project virtually moves equipment into the laboratory by simulation method. Through practical operation on the simulation platform, students can understand the real power generation process, grid connection process, dispatching process and the possible fault situation of the power generation system, which overcomes the separation of the theory from the practice. On the other hand, it meets the needs of the technical training for the power training center and technical transformation for the small and medium-sized transformer substation.
