摘要 为实现桁架结构空间位置的定位和测量,提出并验证一种基于激光扫描测距技术的桁架结构特征信息提取方法。利用激光脉冲在一维方向上进行点云扫描,探测并处理回波信号,获得结构的特征信息。实验结果表明:激光扫描测量方式在20 m范围内,木板的尺寸识别误差在15.5 mm以内,两种模拟结构的识别特征点与真实点偏差范围在5.28%以内,其中横坐标偏差最大为5.28%,纵坐标偏差最大为0.38%,以及识别的直线段参数与真实位置偏差最大为5.63%,结果满足测量精度的要求,验证了该测量方式的有效性。 In order to realize the positioning and measurement in the assembly process of the truss structure, a method for extracting the feature information of the truss structure based on the laser scanning distance measurement technology is proposed and verified. It uses laser pulses to scan the point cloud in a one-dimensional direction, detects and processes echo signals, and obtains the feature information of structure. The experimental results show that the laser scanning method measures the distance within 20 m, the size recognition error of the board is within 15.5 mm, the offset between the identification feature points of the two simulated structures and the real point is within 5.28%, and the maximum deviation of the abscissa is 5.28%. The maximum deviation of the ordinate is 0.38%, and the maximum deviation of the identified linear segment parameters from the real position is 5.63%, which meets the requirements of measurement accuracy and verifies the effectiveness of the measurement method.
