高职学生“工匠精神”养成教育的省思与实践研究

Reflection andPractical Research on the Cultivation Education of"Craftsman Spirit"for Higher Vocational Students

开展"工匠精神"养成教育不仅有利于高职学生提升综合能力,更是高职院校内涵式发展的载体,也应当成为高职学生的必然追求。在当前"工匠精神"养成教育中,学生还存在对"工匠精神"认知匮乏、专业能力薄弱、综合创新能力不足等问题。通过营造良好学校文化氛围,提前做好学生职业生涯规划、完善双导师培养模式等方式来提升职业教育的认可度和吸引力,可最终实现培养时代"匠人"的目的。

With the deepening of the reform of higher vocational education,the cultivation of craftsmen in big countries has become the ultimate pursuit of talent cultivation in higher vocational colleges.Carrying out the cultivation education of"craftsman spirit"is not only conducive to the improvement of Higher Vocational Students'comprehensive ability,but also the carrier of the development of acculturation in higher vocational colleges,which should also become the inevitable pursuit of higher vocational students.In the current cultivation education of"craftsman spirit",students still have some problems,such as lack of awareness of"craftsman spirit",weak professional ability and insufficient comprehensive innovation ability.This paper aims to improve the recognition and attraction of vocational education by creating a good school cultural atmosphere,making students'career planning in advance,and improving the training mode of double tutors,so as to achieve the goal of cultivating"craftsmen"of the times.
