马里兰州位于美国境内的东海岸,西邻美国首都华盛顿哥伦比亚特,南部是一片荒地,北部则土地肥沃,全州境内拥有大片的森林地区,风景秀丽。“如果要以什么词汇来形容马里兰,那可能就是平平无奇吧。”毕业于俄亥俄州立大学,现在马里兰州一所小学任教的河北人Nut这样说:“像东海岸南部的新奥尔良州,原来是法属殖民地,所以保留有一些法国人遗留下来的文化遗迹,与其他州相比之下就显得与众不同。又比如西海岸的亚利桑那州,毗邻美国中部沙漠,有一种独特的荒凉感。但马里兰州就没有什么特点。如果去过马萨诸塞州、宾夕法尼亚州,你会发现这些州的自然景观都一样。”
Maryland is located in the United States on the East Coast,west of the United States capita l,Washington,Columbia,the south is a wasteland,the north is fertile land,the state has a large area of forest,beauti ful scener y.Nut has l ived in this place for 20 years,he said that spending 20 years alone in the United States is lonely,but it’s better to have hobbies.He has a wide range of hobbies,from growing ornamental plants to watching American movies,but of all his hobbies he is most interested in cooking.
