雨水井投放灭蚊幼药物对居民区白纹伊蚊控制效果研究 被引量:2

CONTROL EFFECTS ON AEDES ALBOPICTUS OF MOSQUITO LARVICIDES APPLICATION IN RAINWATER WELLS IN RESIDENTIAL AREA

摘要 2020年8月17日至10月5日,本文选择上海市一处居民小区为样点,该样点中央东西方向贯穿的河流将小区分为南北两部分,因而将南部区域设为实验区,北部区域设为对照区。在实验区和对照区分别布放50个诱蚊诱卵器,连续布放7周监测白纹伊蚊密度。期间,分别于9月7日及21日对实验区的雨水井进行药物投放和公共区域孳生地治理。结果显示,8月(24、31日)、9月(7、14、21、28日)、10月(5日)7次实验区及对照区诱蚊诱卵器指数分别为29.55、23.91、27.08、38.78、12.00、32.00、44.90及24.44、28.89、30.43、34.00、16.00、40.00、44.00;9月7日投药后,4次相关密度指数分别为118.62、77.97、82.64和110.95。在8~10月的蚊虫高峰季节,仅靠小区雨水井药物投放和公共区域的孳生地治理难以达到登革热六级预警事件控制要求,仍需加强其他类型积水及成蚊密度控制工作。本文明确了居民小区雨水井蚊幼孳生治理和公共区域的孳生地治理对居民小区白纹伊蚊控制效果,为指导登革热六级预警事件后应急响应提供依据。 To investigate mosquito breeding status in rainwater well and the control effects of larvicides on Aedes albopictus in residential areas during mosquito peak density period,a residential area divided into north part and south part by a river was designated as the experimental area and control area,respectively,in Qingpu District,Shanghai city.Densities of Ae.albopictus were continuously monitored by 50 fixed mosq-ovitraps placed respectively in the both areas for 7 weeks from Aug.17 to Oct.5,2020.On Sep.7 and 21,larvicides applications in rainwater wells and breeding sites managements were performed in the treatment residential area.From Aug.24 to Oct.5,the weekly mosq-ovitrap index in experimental and control areas were 29.55,23.91,27.08,38.78,12.00,32.00,44.90,24.44,28.89,30.43,34.00,16.00,40.00 and 44.00,respectively.After the larvicides was put in on Sep.7,the relative population index were 118.62,77.97,82.64 and 110.95,respectively.In the peak season of mosquito population from Aug.to Oct.,it is not enough to meet the requirements of level-6 early warning event.More optional measures on mosquito adults'control or other drainage measures should be attempted in future.
