基于Web of Science数据库的恐动症文献计量学分析

Bibliometrics analysis of kinesiophobia based on Web of Science

目的应用文献计量学方法分析恐动症相关SCI文献的研究现状及研究热点,为我国恐动症研究提供参考依据。方法基于Web of Science数据库自带检索结果分析功能,运用Citespace可视化分析软件分析建库至2019年6月有关恐动症相关研究文献。结果共纳入有效文献292篇,恐动症文献数量总体随时间呈波动式增长趋势,文献产出主要集中于欧美地区(237,81.16%),以描述性研究为主(137,46.92%);恐动症文献收录期刊最多的杂志是Pain,共发文16篇(占5.479%);研究方向涉及康复学、神经科学和骨科学等;研究热点主要为量表等工具构建、恐动症相关疾病的心理及预后影响。结论恐动症研究日益受到国内外学者的关注,研究者应加强国际合作、扩大研究范围、丰富研究类型以拓展恐动症研究的广度和深度,促进该领域的整体发展。

Objective Objective Bibliometric method was used to analyze the research status and research hotspots of SCI papers related to kinesiophobia,to provide a reference for the research of kinesiophobia in China.Methods Based on the search result analysis function of Web of Science,Citespace visual analysis software was used to analyze the research literature related to kinesiophobia from the database build to June 2019.Results A total of 292 valid literature were included,and the number of literature on kinesiophobia increased with time.Literature mainly came from Europe and America(237,81.16%),with a predominance of descriptive research(137,46.92%).Pain was the journal with the largest number of agoraphobia articles,with 16 articles(5.479%).The research direction of kinesiophobia involved various directions such as rehabilitation,neuroscience,and orthopedics.The research hotspots were mainly on the construction of scale and other tools,the psychological and prognostic impact of kinesiophobia related diseases.Conclusions Research on kinesiophobia has received increasing attention from scholars at home and abroad.Researchers should strengthen international cooperation,expand the scope of research,and enrich the types of research,to expand the breadth and depth of kinesiophobia research and promote the overall development of the field.
