摘要
脓毒症是重症监护病房患者死亡的常见原因,全球脓毒症的流行情况仍难以控制。蛋白组学技术在脓毒症诊断标志物及预后评估标志物的筛选、脓毒症发病机制探明及治疗分子靶点寻找等研究中取得了一定进展。文章对近年来基于质谱的蛋白组学技术在脓毒症标志物研究中的应用进展做一综述。
Sepsis is a common cause of death in ICU patients,and the prevalence of global sepsis is still difficult to control.Proteomics technology has made some progress in the screening of diagnostic and prognostic markers of sepsis,the exploration of sepsis pathogenesis,and the search of therapeutic molecular targets.This paper reviewed the application of mass spectrometry based proteomics in the study of sepsis markers in recent years.
