摘要
Neer Ⅱb型锁骨远端骨折是不稳定性骨折,其骨折延迟愈合、畸形愈合及骨不连的高发生率是经常困扰临床医师的问题。由于这种骨折的不稳定特性易发生并发症,妨碍肩关节功能,因此被认为是特殊损伤。文章就Neer Ⅱb型锁骨远端骨折解剖特点、损伤分型及治疗方法等进行综述。
Neer Ⅱb distal clavicle fracture is unstable fractures with a high incidence of delayed fracture healing,deformed healing,and osseous nonunion that is frequently a problem for clinicians.This fracture is considered a special injury due to its unstable nature,which predisposes it to complications and hinders the normal function of the shoulder joint.This paper reviewed the anatomical features,injury classification,and treatment of Neer Ⅱb distal clavicle fracture.
