摘要
为了有效抑制结构的变形和振动,提出一种新型的拱形压电作动器。利用卡式第二定理推导该作动器的输出力表达式,并与建立的有限元模型进行对比,证明理论分析的正确性。由理论分析和数值模拟可知:该作动器的输出力和输出力矩与驱动电压成正比,在0~200 V区间内可以保持线性输出;跨度越大,输出弯矩越大,对悬臂梁的振动和变形的衰减效果也就越好,并且拱形装置的弹性模量比悬臂梁的弹性模量大时,作用效果越好。数值算例证明,使用该作动器可以有效抑制结构的变形和振动。
In order to effectively suppress the deformation and vibration of the structure,a new type of arched piezoelectric actuator is proposed.First,the expression of the output force of the actuator was derived using the Castigliano second theorem.The finite element model was established and compared.The results indicate the correctness of the theoretical analysis.From the theoretical analysis and numerical simulation,it can be seen that the output force and torque of the actuator are proportional to the driving voltage,and the linear output can be maintained in the range of 0~200 V.At the same time,it can be found that the larger the span and the larger the output bending moment,the better the damping effect on the vibration and deformation of the cantilever beam,which is even better when the elastic modulus of the arch device is greater than that of the cantilever beam.Numerical examples show that this actuator can effectively suppress the deformation and vibration of structure.
