The Field,Habits and Social Adaptation:A Study of Far Immigrants to Be Relocated to Village

在易地扶贫搬迁背景下,移民的社会适应影响移民可持续生计发展的选择。基于W县XQ社区的调研表明,易地扶贫搬迁后移民的持续发展需要整体考量移民场域各要素整合的共同作用。其主要表现为:农业生产惯习的稳定与拓展为移民在迁入地安居带来心理保障;生活惯习的养成与适应提升“安居”生活的满意度,增加移民对迁入地的心理归属;重新形塑的社交惯习帮助移民凝聚社会资本,推动实现社区认同。了解移民具体的社会适应情况,因地制宜加强培育和创造移民良好惯习,才能刺激移民内生发展原动力与外在资源运用的有效契合。

Social adaptation of ecological and poverty immigration is the focus of off-site relocated immigration project.A study of immigrants to be relocated village shows that:the good social adaptation of immigrants to be relocated village is the result of the combination of various factors in immigration field.This manifests itself as follows:the extension and expansion of agricultural cultivation brings psychological guarantee for the immigrants;satisfaction with the overall space of residence and community increase the psychological belong to the immigrants,the reshape habits of social communication help immigrants to cohesion the social capital and promote the immigrants to realize community identity.Understanding the social adaptation of immigrants and pay attention to the cultivation the habits of production and social intercourse can find the way to fit between sustainable development and construction of follow up industry.
