部分血常规及血生化指标联合检测在肺结核患者病变评估中的应用价值

Application value of combined detection of blood routine and blood biochemical indexes in evaluating pathological changes in patients with pulmonary tuberculosis

目的探讨部分血常规及血生化指标联合检测在肺结核患者病变评估中的应用价值。方法收集122例肺结核患者中菌阴肺结核患者105例、菌阳肺结核患者17例,比较两组患者的社会人口学特征、部分血常规和血生化指标,并采用Logistic二元回归模型分析影响肺结核患者痰涂片阴性结果的因素。结果菌阴肺结核患者血红蛋白、红细胞比容、间接胆红素、丙氨酸氨基转移酶、门冬氨酸氨基转移酶、胆碱酯酶以及钠离子水平高于菌阳肺结核患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);Logistic二元回归模型分析提示,性别、胆碱酯酶是肺结核患者痰涂片阴性结果的影响因素。结论部分血常规及血生化指标联合检测对肺结核患者的病变评估有一定应用价值。

Objective To explore the application value of combined detection of blood routine and blood biochemical indexes in evaluating pathological changes in patients with pulmonary tuberculosis.Methods The socio-demographics characteristics,blood routine and biochemical indexes of 122 patients with pulmonary tuberculosis were collected,including 105 cases with negative tuberculosis and 17 cases with positive tuberculosis.Logistic regression model was used to analyze the influencing factors of negative results of sputum smear in patients with pulmonary tuberculosis.Results The levels of hemoglobin,hematocrit,indirect bilirubin,alanine aminotransferase,aspartate aminotransferase,cholinesterase,and sodium ion in positive tuberculosis patients were significantly lower than those in negative tuberculosis patients(P<0.05).Logistic regression indicated that gender and cholinesterase were the influencing factors of negative results of sputum smear in patients with pulmonary tuberculosis.Conclusion The combined detection of blood routine and blood biochemical indexes has certain significance for evaluating pathological changes in patients with pulmonary tuberculosis.
