摘要
建筑工程施工时常出现建材消耗量大、工程效率低等情况,因此采用BIM技术预测与控制施工进度。在施工准备阶段,使用网络计划系统计算并确定施工工期,设计整体进度可靠性预测模型,利用定量分析法优化计算过程。在工程施工阶段,运用BIM技术动态监控与预测施工进度,提升施工进度预测的可靠性。实验结果表明,设计方法可良好预测与控制施工进度,预测准确性较高。
There are large consumption of building materials and low project efficiency in construction projects,so BIM technology is used to predict and control the construction progress.In construction preparation,the network planning system is used to calculate and determine the construction period,design the overall progress reliability prediction model,and optimize the calculation process by quantitative analysis.In construction stage,BIM technology is used to dynamically monitor and predict the construction progress,so as to improve the reliability of construction progress forecast.The experimental results show that the design method can predict and control the construction progress well,and the prediction accuracy is high.
