The Factors which Influenc Cost Control of Railway Engineering in Different Stages and Corresponding Strategies

当前,火车和高铁已成为重要的交通工具,而铁路作为其运输轨道的关键基础设施,是促进区域经济发展的主要交通运输形式。现阶段,我国每年都会建设数千公里的铁路,因此控制好铁路工程造价对铁路运营和减少国家财政支出来说,具有非常积极的意义。基于此,本文通过分析铁路工程不同阶段的造价控制因素,提出了相应的应对策略,有利于提高施工企业的市场竞争力。

At present,train and high-speed rail has become an important transportation,and the railway is the key infrastructure of the transport track,it is the main form of transportation for promoting regional economic development.At present,thousands of kilometers of railway have been built every year in China,therefore,control the cost of railway project has positive significance for railway operation and reducing national financial expenditure.Based on this,this paper analyze the cost control factors in different stages of railway engineering and proposes corresponding countermeasures,which will improve the market competitiveness of construction enterprises.
