建筑施工企业劳务分包管理及合同计价模式研究

Study on Labor Subcontracting Management and Contract Pricing Model of Construction Enterprises

随着社会的发展,我国建筑工程项目日益增多。与此同时,在建筑工程项目领域的许多问题也逐渐呈现出来,例如,劳务合同计价模式存在缺陷,导致劳务分包单位在施工过程中出现问题,进而影响工程的进度、质量。基于此,文章分析了当前我国建筑项目施工中劳务分包的几种形式、缺陷和由此产生的一些问题,并结合实践经验,探讨如何优化劳务分包合同计价模式,以及解决施工过程中出现问题的有效策略,以期进一步推动建筑施工企业的发展。

With the development of society,the construction projects are increasing in China.At the same time,many problems in the field of construction projects are also gradually present,for example,the defects in pricing model of labor contracts which lead to problems of labor subcontractors in the construction process,and affect the progress and quality of the projects.Based on this,the article analyze the forms,defects of labor subcontracting in construction of projects in our country,and these will due to some problems,so the paper combine with practical experience,discussing how to optimize the pricing mode of labor subcontracts,and solve the problems with an effective strategy in the process of construction,in order to further promote the development of construction enterprises.
