基于AHP-熵权法的核生化侦察车作战效能评价方法研究

摘要 根据核生化侦察车作战使命任务、战技战术要求以及上装设备技术指标特点进行作战效能评价体系构建;采用AHP与熵权法相结合的方法对装备指标权重进行赋值,对构建的评价模型进行评估并对核生化侦察车的作战效能进行作战效能评分和等级划分。选取3种典型核生化侦察车,使用上述模型进行分析,研究发现,与当前常用的灰色聚类模型相对比,基于AHP-熵权法评价模型效率更高,功能更为全面,更能有效评估核生化侦察车的作战效能。 In view of the lack of corresponding methods and standards for the operational effectiveness evaluation of the current NBC reconnaissance vehicle,the operational effectiveness evaluation system was constructed according to the operational mission,tactical requirements and technical index characteristics of the loading equipment.The weight of the equipment index was assigned by AHP and entropy weight method,and the evaluation model was evaluated at the same time,and the operational effectiveness score and grade division of the operational effectiveness of the NBC reconnaissance vehicle were carried out.Three kinds of typical NBC reconnaissance vehicles were selected and analyzed by using the above models.It is found that the evaluation model based on AHP entropy weight method has higher validity,more comprehensive functions and more effective evaluation of the operational effectiveness of the NBC reconnaissance vehicles compared with the current commonly used grey clustering model.
