摘要
设计了新型野战弹药方舱的防静电结构,分析了全过程、各环节静电源产生的起因,通过接地、增湿和改进材料应用等方法,从控制静电源起电率、降低接地电阻和防止静电积累3个方面,提高了野战弹药方舱的静电防护能力。
In order to solve the antistatic problem of field ammunition shelter during transportation and storage,according to principles of antistatic,analysis was carried out in the following three aspects:controlling electrification rate of electro-static sources,reducing ground resistance,preventing electrostatic accumulation.A new type of antistatic structure was designed for field ammunition shelter;the causes of electrostatic discharge in full processing and every link were analyzed;By means of grounding,humidification and material improvement,the antistatic ability of field ammunition shelter was promoted.
