基于响应面算法的援潜救生船A形架优化设计

摘要 针对某型援潜救生船A形架进行三维建模、有限元分析与优化设计。将A形架三维模型简化处理,生成CAE模型,对主要受力点进行受力分析,作为边界条件。根据A形架静力学云图挑选对其变形和应力影响较大的横梁壁厚、立柱底板厚度、立柱侧板厚度和底座铰链底板厚度为优化参数,运用响应面分析模块,设置参数值范围,从49组试验数据中优化筛选结果:A形架重量增加17 kg,变形量减少14.0666 mm,应力降低61.5 MPa。 The 3D modeling,finite element analysis and optimization design were carried out for a type of Submarine Rescue Vessel(ASR)A-frame,which was used to launch and recover submarine rescue vehicle.The 3D model of A-frame was simplified to generate CAE model.The main stress points were analyzed and the boundary conditions were obtained.According to the static analysis nephogram of A-frame,the thickness of beam wall,the thickness of column bottom plate,the thickness of column side plate and the thickness of base plate hinge plate,which have great influence on the maximum deformation and stress were selected as the optimization parameters.The Response Surface Optimization was used to set the variable range.The optimization analysis results of A-frame were obtained among 49 groups of test data.The optimization results show that the weight of A-frame increases by 17 kg,the deformation decreases by 14.0666 mm,and the stress decreases by 61.5 MPa.
