基于机场运行能力的进港航班时刻优化

Optimization of Arrival Flight Sequencing Based on Airport Operation Capability

摘要 根据终端区空中交通管制运行规则,以最小化航班多跑道机场终端区飞机进港排序总延误时间为目标,考虑进港点约束、航班时刻调整范围约束和跑道运行保障能力约束,建立航班时刻优化模型,采用排列编码的方式利用遗传算法对模型求解。与雷达轨迹导出的实际数据进行比较,文章所提方法能够有效减少延误时间,提高航班正常率。 In order to alleviate the flight delay problem caused by the increase in flight transportation demand and the lack of airport operating capacity,the article studied the sequencing of aircraft arrivals at the terminal area of multi-runway airports.The article was based on the air traffic control operation rules of the terminal area,with the goal of minimizing the total flight delay time,considering the entry point constraints,flight time adjustment range constraints and runway operation support capability constraints,the flight time was established to optimize the model and used genetic algorithm to solve the model using permutation coding.Comparing the optimal solution of the algorithm with the actual data derived from the radar trajectory,the results show that the method proposed in this article can effectively reduce the delay time and improve the flight normal rate.
