摘要 为研究起泡剂分子结构对泡沫性能的影响规律,本文重点从阴离子及非离子起泡剂的类型、疏水链长、亲水基团类型、起泡剂中的极性基团类型的不同来分析起泡剂分子结构的变化对起泡剂泡沫性能的影响。结果表明,阴离子型起泡剂较非离子型起泡剂具有更优的泡沫性能;在阴离子型的起泡剂中带有酰胺基团的磺酸盐型起泡剂较羧酸盐型起泡剂和硫酸盐型起泡剂更具起泡性;起泡剂的疏水链长并非越长越有益于起泡剂的泡沫性能,烷基疏水链长在12~16时,链长为14的起泡剂具有更优的泡沫性能。 In this paper,the effects of molecular structure changes of foaming agents on foam properties are analyzed from the types of anionic and non-ionic foaming agents,hydrophobic chain length,hydrophilic group types and polar group types in foaming agents.The results show that anionic foaming agents have better foam properties than non-ionic foaming agents.The sulfonate foaming agent with amide group in anionic foaming agent is more effervescent than carboxylate foaming agent and sulfate foaming agent.Longer hydrophobic chain length of foaming agent does not benefit foaming performance of the foaming agent.The foaming agent with alkyl hydrophobic chain length in the range of 12~16,and the chain with the length of 14 has better foaming performance.
