领导—成员交换对员工工作投入的影响研究

摘要 在复杂多变的商业环境与社会背景下,现代企业都要面对的问题是:外部竞争及企业管理层级的结构化,要求企业缩减生产成本的同时产生更多的效益。企业的领导者已经意识到,在现今的知识经济时代员工是宝贵的人力资源,是企业利润的创造者,企业间的竞争不再是单纯的产品之间的竞争,更多是人力资源管理的竞争,如何通过优化领导行为来增加员工工作投入成为企业管理关注的焦点。领导成员交换是影响员工工作绩效和工作投入的重要前因变量,对于企业发展来说是一个值得研究的问题。
