基于风环境评价的滨水区空间形态控制方法研究——以西安市浐灞半岛居住区为例

Research on Spatial Form Control Methods of Waterfront Based on Wind Environment Assessment——A Case of the Chanba Peninsula Residential Area in Xi’an

随着社会进步以及人们生活水平日益提高,人们对于城市的环境品质有了更高的要求。城市滨水街区环境和滨水通风廊道关系密切,需要评价滨水居住区的风环境影响。本文总结风环境相对舒适度评价方法,构建了滨水区公共空间优化框架,并以浐灞半岛居住区为例,实测研究滨水街区风环境,结合CFD模拟技术分析,对滨河街区高宽比、建筑布局、街道界面等空间要素提出控制和指导要求。

With the progress of society and the improvement of people’s living standards,people have higher requirements for the environmental quality of the cities.Urban waterfront area is closely related to river way compensation space and waterfront ventilation corridor.It is necessary to evaluate the wind environment impact of waterfront residential area.This paper summarizes the relative comfort evaluation methods of wind environment,and constructs an optimization framework for public space in the waterfront area.Meanwhile,it takes the residential area of Chanba Peninsula as an example to measure and studies the wind environment of the waterfront block.Combined with the analysis on CFD simulation technology,this paper compares the height-to-width ratio of the waterfront block.Meanwhile,it puts forward control and guidance requirements for the spatial elements such as building layout,street interface and other spatial elements.
