整合与激活——小城镇旧街区滨水公共空间更新的地域性初探

Integration and Activation——Preliminary Study on the Regionality of the Renewal of Waterfront Public Space in Old Blocks of Small Towns

近年来城镇化建设日益加快,高强度、重收益的开发模式往往伴随着对自然景观要素的破坏和对地域人文要素的忽视。同时,旧有建成环境的改造由于建筑拆迁成本提高及规划限制难以实施。如何利用既有水系创造新的交通及视线通廊,同时提升原有居民生活环境质量,是值得关注的问题。本文以龙岩市上杭县古田镇核心镇区原有水系滨水空间改造项目为例,以延续小城镇历史文化和日常生活的独特性为目标,将滨水空间作为整合小城镇公共空间的重要脉络和激发区域活力的核心要素,有利于更好地处理"人与自然""传统与现代""保护与发展"之间的关系,使其能更好地与环境、社会、经济、文化发展和谐共生,达到整合原有节点景观及相关要素、激活旧有街区居民生活活力的目的[1]。以此为契机尝试为同类型更新项目提供较为新颖的设计理念和思路。

In recent years,with the rapid development of urbanization,the high-intensity and high-income development mode is often accompanied by the destruction of natural landscape elements and the neglect of regional human factors.At the same time,the reconstruction of the old built environment is difficult to be renovated due to the increase of construction demolition costs and planning constraints.How to use the existing water system to create new traffic,sight corridors,and improve the living environment quality of the original residents is a problem worthy of attention.Taking the renovation project of the original water system waterfront space in Gutian town,Shanghang county,Longyan city as an example,in order to continue the uniqueness of the history,culture and daily life of small towns,this paper takes the waterfront space as an important vein to integrate the public space of small towns and the core element to stimulate regional vitality,so as to better handle the relationship between"human and nature""tradition and modernity"and"protection and development"so that it can better develop with the environment,society,economy and culture.Thus,it can achieve the purpose of integrating the original node landscape and related elements,and activating the vitality of residents in the old neighborhood[1].This is an opportunity to try to provide new design ideas and thought for the same type of renewal projects.
