西南丘陵山区老旧城区绿色重构价值评定研究——以遂宁市为例

摘要 本文对西南丘陵山区老旧城区的绿色重构价值进行定量研究,为提高该区域老旧城区绿色重构水平,扩大生态环境优势并促进城市发展提供参考。在老城绿色重构、生态环境优势、城市发展类型三者之间关系解析的基础上,从空间安全、投资价值、文化价值、生态价值和社会价值5个维度构建西南丘陵山区老旧城区绿色重构价值评定指标体系,运用模糊层次分析法确定指标权重,并以四川省遂宁市为例进行绿色重构价值试评。结果表明遂宁市老旧城区绿色重构方案可行,但需加强空间安全、生态价值和投资价值3个维度的绿色重构力度。 A quantitative study of the green regeneration value of the old urban areas in the southwestern hilly mountainous areas provides a reference for improving the level of green regeneration in the region,expanding the advantages of ecological environment and promoting urban development.The relationship analysis is carried out between the old city green regeneration,ecological environment advantage and urban development type,and the green regeneration value evaluation index system of the old urban area in the southwestern hilly mountain area is constructed from the five dimensions of space security,investment value,cultural value,ecological value and social value,and the index weight is determined by fuzzy analytic hierarchy process.Taking Suining as an example,this paper evaluates the value of green regeneration.The results show that the green regeneration scheme of the old town of Suining is feasible,but the green regeneration of space security,ecological value and investment value needs to be strengthened.
