Research on Architectural Design of Multi-functional Composite Administrative Service Complex Based on High Density City——A Case of Shenzhen

本文基于深圳高密度的城市背景以及服务型政府的建设需求,调研了深圳数个多功能复合型行政服务综合体,结合实践项目案例,分析了其在功能叠加原则、空间复合模式、垂直流线、对外关系、整体协调性等方面的不足,并提出了相应设计策略以及对于未来行政服务综合体的趋势展望。

Based on the high density urban background of Shenzhen,and the construction requirements of service government,this paper investigates several multi-functional composite administrative service complexes in Shenzhen.Combined with practical project cases,the paper analyzes the insufficiencies in the principle of functional superposition,spatial composite mode,vertical circulation,external relations,overall coordination,etc.,proposes corresponding design strategies and prospects for the future trend of administrative service complexes.
