摘要 虽然餐饮市场目前正处于一个火热的上升期,但传统餐饮空间设计已无法匹配当代青年群体多元化的消费需求。针对当代青年群体的消费行为及其特征、消费观念的影响等因素,深入剖析了当代青年群体的消费行为对餐饮空间设计的影响。本文通过文献调查法、访谈法、总结归纳法探究当前市场背景下餐饮空间设计的差异化表现,探究当代青年群体消费行为与餐饮空间设计的关联性,提出与消费需求相契合的餐饮空间设计策略,以期为我国餐饮空间设计提供新思路。 Although the catering market is currently in a period of fiery rising,traditional catering space design can no longer match the diverse consumer needs of contemporary youth groups.Aiming at the consumption behavior of contemporary youth groups,their characteristics,and the influence of consumption concepts,the paper deeply analyzes the influence of contemporary youth groups’consumption behavior on the design of dining space.Through the literature investigation method,interview method,and summary and induction method,it explores the differentiated performance of dining space design under the current market background,explores the relationship between contemporary youth group’s consumption behavior and dining space design,and proposes dining space design strategies that are in line with consumer needs.It is expected to provide new ideas for the design of dining spaces in our country.
