Objective To observe the effect of continuous care in patients with diabetic feet who are at risk of infection. Methods Select 74 diabetic foot patients at risk of infection from January 2019 to March 2020 in the hospital, and randomly divide them into a control group(n=37)and an experimental group(n=37),the control group received routine nursing intervention, while the experimental group required continuous nursing. The incidence of infection, abscess, osteomyelitis and other complications of the two groups of patients after receiving different ways of nursing was analyzed, and the two groups of patients before and after the nursing intervention were analyzed. The blood glucose index and quality of life were compared, and the nursing satisfaction of the two groups of patients was analyzed at the same time, and the anxiety, depression and negative emotion of the patients before and after nursing were observed. Results The incidence of complications such as infections in the experimental group after receiving nursing care was significantly lower than that in the control group, and the blood glucose level after intervention was lower, the SF-36 scale score was higher than that of the control group, and the nursing satisfaction rate was also higher than that of the control group, the data of the two groups of patients were statistically different after analysis(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the SAS and SDS scores of the two groups of patients before receiving different ways of nursing(P>0.05).The SAS and SDS scores of the experimental group after receiving nursing were lower than those of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For diabetic foot patients who are at risk of infection, the effect of receiving continuous care is better, and the incidence of complications such as infection can be reduced. This nursing model is more feasible.
