妊娠期糖尿病系统诊治对孕产妇并发症的影响

Influence of Systemic Diagnosis and Treatment of Gestational Diabetes on Complications of Pregnant and Lying-in Women

目的对于妊娠期糖尿病系统诊治工作在孕产妇并发症中所起到的影响效果进行探讨。方法回顾性分析该院在之内收诊的妊娠期糖尿病患者200例作为该文观察对象,通过妊娠期糖尿2019年1月—2020年1月病患者的入院顺序对其开展分组,其中一组妊娠期糖尿病患者接受常规治疗,共计100例纳入到对照组,另外一组妊娠期糖尿病患者接受系统化干预治疗,共计100例纳入到研究组,比较研究组与对照组妊娠期糖尿病患者出现并发症情况,并发症包含产后出血、妊娠期高血压、胎膜早破、羊水过多以及胎儿窘迫等。结果研究组妊娠期糖尿病患者接受系统化诊治之后并发症出现几率显著低于对照组妊娠期糖尿病患者,两组妊娠期糖尿病患者的并发症出现几率对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论给予妊娠期糖尿病患者系统化诊治措施之后,能够显著降低并发症的出现风险,应该给予大力的推广与应用。

Objective To discuss the effect of the systemic diagnosis and treatment of gestational diabetes on the complications of pregnant women.Methods A retrospective analysis of 200 cases of gestational diabetes patients admitted to the hospital within from January 2019 to January 2020 were used as the observation objects in the article.The patients with gestational diabetes were grouped according to the order of admission.One group of patients with gestational diabetes received conventional treatment.A total of 100 cases were included in the control group.Another group of patients with gestational diabetes received systematic intervention treatment.A total of 100 cases were included in the study group.The study group and the control group were compared with complications of gestational diabetes.The complications included postpartum hemorrhage,hypertension during pregnancy,premature rupture of membranes,polyhydramnios,and fetal distress,etc.Results The incidence of complications in the study group of patients with gestational diabetes after receiving systematic diagnosis and treatment was significantly lower than that of patients with gestational diabetes in the control group.The difference was statistically significant in the incidence of complications between the two groups of patients with gestational diabetes(P<0.05).Conclusion After systematic diagnosis and treatment measures for patients with gestational diabetes mellitus can significantly reduce the risk of complications,it should be promoted and applied vigorously.
