饮食控制与糖尿病筛查在妊娠期糖尿病治疗中的作用分析

摘要 目的对妊娠期糖尿病治疗过程中饮食控制与糖尿病筛查所具有的作用进行探究分析,为母婴健康与生命安全维护和保障提供有益指导。方法选择2019年1月—2020年1月在医院行妊娠期糖尿病治疗患者中选取100例作为研究对象,利用随机数字表法将其分成对照组与观察组。对照组实施常规治疗,观察组实施饮食控制与糖尿病筛查治疗。观察比较两组患者血糖指标变化情况、分娩方式以及围生儿不良结局。结果观察组治疗后空腹血糖(7.51±0.66)mmol/L、餐后2 h血糖(9.35±0.85)mmol/L低于治疗前(9.42±1.33)mmol/L、(11.46±1.48)mmol/L低于对照组治疗后(8.32±1.78)mmol/L、(10.02±1.43)mmol/L,差异有统计学意义(t=9.096、8.742、3.017、2.848,P<0.05);观察组76.00%的自然分娩率高于对照组38.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=14.729,P<0.05);观察组围生儿不良结局发生率(4.00%)低于对照组(26.00%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=9.490,P<0.05)。结论饮食控制与糖尿病筛查应用于妊娠期糖尿病治疗利于治疗效果提升,可有效降低剖宫产率,改善新生儿结局,降低围生儿死亡风险。 Objective To explore and analyze the role of diet control and diabetes screening during the treatment of gestational diabetes,and to provide useful guidance for the maintenance and protection of the health and life safety of mothers and infants.Methods From January 2019 to January 2020,100 patients who underwent gestational diabetes treatment in the hospital were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into the control group and the observation group using a random number table method.The control group received conventional treatment,and the observation group received diet control and diabetes screening treatment.Observed and compared the changes of blood glucose indicators,delivery methods and adverse perinatal outcomes between the two groups of patients.Results After treatment,the fasting blood glucose(7.51±0.66)mmol/L and 2 h postmeal blood glucose(9.35±0.85)mmol/L of the observation group were lower than before treatment(9.42±1.33)mmol/L,(11.46±1.48)mmol/L lower than the control group affter treatment(8.32±1.78)mmol/L,(10.02±1.43)mmol/L,the difference was statistically significant(t=9.096、8.742、3.017、2.848,P<0.05);76.00%of the observation group had a higher natural delivery rate than the control group 38.00%,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=14.729,P<0.05);the incidence of adverse perinatal outcomes in the observation group(4.00%)was lower than that of the control group(26.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=9.490,P<0.05).Conclusion The application of diet control and diabetes screening in the treatment of gestational diabetes is beneficial to the improvement of the treatment effect,which can effectively reduce the cesarean section rate,improve the neonatal outcome,and reduce the risk of perinatal death.
