煤工尘肺合并糖尿病患者的临床护理对策

Clinical Nursing Strategy of Coal Worker's Pneumoconiosis Patients with Diabetes

目的探讨煤工尘肺合并糖尿病患者的临床护理效果。方法选择该院在2018年10月—2019年10月期间收治的118例煤工尘肺合并糖尿病患者,遵循随机平均的原则分为对照组与观察组,每组59例。对照组患者实施常规的护理,观察组则在对照组患者基础上进行综合护理干预,比较两组护理效果。结果经过护理后,对照组、观察组空腹血糖分别为(8.98±1.24)mmol/L、(7.15±1.15)mmol/L,差异有统计学意义(t=8.312,P<0.05);两组餐后2 h血糖分别为(13.05±1.06)mmol/L,(10.78±1.09)mmol/L,差异有统计学意义(t=11.468,P<0.05)。观察组满意度为91.52%,对照组满意度为69.49%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=9.127,P=0.003)。结论糖尿病并煤工尘肺患者应用综合护理,明显提升患者满意度,降糖作用显著,说明综合护理对于糖尿病并煤工尘肺患者能够起到积极作用。

Objective To explore the clinical nursing effect of coal worker's pneumoconiosis patients with diabetes.Methods The 118 patients with coal worker's pneumoconiosis and diabetes who were admitted to the hospital from October 2018 to October 2019 were selected and divided into a control group and an observation group according to the principle of random average,with 59 cases in each group.Patients in the control group received routine nursing care,while the observation group performed comprehensive nursing intervention on the basis of patients in the control group to compare the nursing effects of the two groups.Results After nursing,the fasting blood glucose of the control group and observation group were(8.98±1.24)mmol/L and(7.15±1.15)mmol/L,respectively,and the difference was statistically significant(t=8.312,P<0.05);the 2 h postprandial blood glucose levels of the two groups were(13.05±1.06)mmol/L and(10.78±1.09)mmol/L,respectively,and the difference was statistically significant(t=11.468,P<0.05).The satisfaction degree of the observation group was 91.52%,and the satisfaction degree of the control group was 69.49%,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=9.127,P=0.003).Conclusion The application of comprehensive care for patients with diabetes and coal worker's pneumoconiosis can significantly improve patient satisfaction and have a significant hypoglycemic effect,indicating that comprehensive care can play a positive role in patients with diabetes and coal worker's pneumoconiosis.
