摘要 目的观察科学健康教育在基层医院糖尿病足护理管理中的应用。方法选择该院2017年11月—2020年2月收治的82例糖尿病足高危患者。根据随机数表法分组,设为对照组、研究组,每组41例。对照组给予常规护理,研究组配合科学健康教育。对两组患者糖尿病足发生情况、足部护理能力及护理满意度进行总结比较。结果研究组1例发生糖尿病足,对照组5例发生糖尿病足,研究组的发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组足部护理能力评分、护理满意度评分高于对照组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基层医院糖尿病足护理管理中,通过科学健康教育,可降低糖尿病足发生率,提高患者足部护理能力,且患者满意度高。 Objective To observe the application of scientific health education in diabetic foot care management in primary hospitals.Methods The 82 high-risk patients with diabetic foot admitted to this hospital from November 2017 to February 2020 were selected.According to the random number table method,they were divided into control group and study group,each with 41 cases.The control group was given routine nursing care,and the study group cooperated with scientific health education.Summarized and compared the occurrence of diabetic foot,foot care ability and nursing satisfaction of the two groups of patients.Results 1 case of diabetic foot in the study group,5 cases of diabetic foot in the control group,the incidence of the study group was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The foot care ability score and nursing satisfaction score of the study group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the diabetic foot care management of primary hospitals,scientific health education can reduce the incidence of diabetic foot,improve the patient's foot care ability,and have high patient satisfaction.
