摘要
文章通过ARGUS成形分析系统对DC56D+Z材质的汽车侧围外板进行网格应变分析实验,研究零件出现开裂暗伤等缺陷的原因。通过调整模具参数,开展网格应变实验,得出模具优化后侧围外板的实际厚度减薄率与安全裕度值,该零件开裂的风险降低,满足合格标准,实验结果证明:网格实验法在汽车侧围模具优化和验收工作中是有效的。
The ARGUS forming analysis system is used to analyze the grid strain of DC56D+Z automobile body side outer parts.The risk of cracking and dark damage is analyzed by comparing the values above.By adjusting and optimizing the parameters of stamping die,the experiment of grid strain analysis is carried out again,and a new round of actual thickness thinning rate and safety margin values are obtained.Compared with the data,the risk of cracking of this part is greatly reduced,which can meet the acceptance criteria,which proves that the grid experiment method is effective in the optimization and acceptance of the automobile side wall die.
