摘要
利用数理统计和GIS空间叠图分析方法,对河南电网2035年500 kV及以上主网架规划与国家湿地公园的相对位置关系进行了分析。结果表明:2035年河南电网500 kV及以上主网架规划中有9条线路涉及了5个国家湿地公园产生了9处叠加结果,其中3处叠加结果可以通过优化设计方案、增大规划曲折系数等进行规避;6处叠加结果距离湿地公园边界较远,避让难度较大。避让难度较大的6处叠加结果中,涉及的湿地公园均依托河流建立,与规划线路呈正交方位,规划线路难以近距离避让。建议采取一档跨越无害化的方式通过,禁止在湿地公园内立塔,并按主管部门要求办理相关手续。目前的规划线路为地理接线图,与实际工程出入较大,随着工程设计的深入,应再次核实线路与湿地公园的相对位置关系,便于为后期工程建设提供有效指导。
By using the methods of mathematical statistics and GIS spatial analysis,the relative position relationship between National Wetland Park and main network frame planning of 500kV and above in Henan power grid in 2035 was analyzed.The results show that that there are 9 lines involved 5 national wetland parks in the main grid planning of 500 kV and above in Henan power grid in 2035,and 9 superposition results are produced,among which 3 superpo⁃sition results can be avoided by optimizing the design scheme and increasing the planning tortuosity coefficient;6 su⁃perposition results are difficult to avoid for it's far away from the boundary of wetland park.Among the 6 superim⁃posed results which are difficult to avoid,the wetland parks involved are all built on the river and are orthogonal to the planned route,so it is difficult to avoid in close distance.It is suggested to adopt a way of crossing harmlessly,for⁃bid to set up a tower in the Wetland Park,and go through the relevant procedures according to the requirements of the competent department.At present,the planned route is a geographical wiring diagram,which is quite different from the actual project.With the deepening of the engineering design,the relative position relationship between the route and the wetland park should be verified again,so as to provide effective guidance for the later project construction.
