摘要
如何客观、定量地评估污水处理设施的技术有效性是当前面临的重要问题。本研究使用数据包络分析法对重庆市190个污水处理设施运行有效性进行评估,并探究8种不同污水处理技术的运行有效性。结果表明,使用人工湿地技术的污水处理设施的纯技术效率和综合技术效率均为最高,分别为0.85和0.74。
How to evaluate the technical effectiveness of sewage treatment facilities objectively and quantitatively is an important problem.In this paper,data envelopment analysis(DEA)was used to evaluate the operational effective⁃ness of 190 sewage treatment facilities in Chongqing and explore the operational effectiveness of eight different sew⁃age treatment technologies.The results showed that the PTE and TE of constructed wetland were the highest,which were 0.85 and 0.74 respectively.
