摘要
哮喘是由嗜酸性粒细胞、肥大细胞和T淋巴细胞等多种炎症细胞参与的气道慢性炎症,炎症小体是多蛋白复合体,在炎性反应的触发和炎症细胞因子的活化过程中发挥重要作用。中医药治疗哮喘效果显著,机制可能与调控核苷酸结合寡聚化结构域样受体蛋白3(NLRP3)炎症小体及其相关炎症细胞因子有关。从炎症小体的结构组成和相关炎症细胞因子的作用机制,NLRP3炎症小体及白细胞介素(IL)-1β、IL-18与哮喘的关系,中医药对NLRP3炎症小体及IL-1β、IL-18的调控作用等方面进行综述。参考文献34篇。
Asthma is a chronic airway inflammation involving eosinophils,mast cells,T lymphocytes and other inflammatory cells.Inflammasomes are multi-protein complexes that play an important role in the triggering of inflammatory responses and the activation of inflammatory cytokines.Traditional Chinese medicine is effective in treating asthma.The mechanism may be related to the regulation of nucleotide-binding oligomerization domain-like receptor protein 3(NLRP3)inflammasome and related inflammatory cytokines.This paper reviewed the structure of the inflammasome and the action mechanism of related inflammatory cytokines,the relationship between NLRP3 inflammasome,interleukin(IL)-1β,IL-18 and asthma,and the regulatory effect of traditional Chinese medicine on NLRP3 inflammasome,IL-1βand IL-18.There are 34 references in total.
