摘要
分析了钢中各元素、非金属夹杂物和凝固速度对铸钢渣罐冲击性能的影响情况;提出了生产高冲击性能铸钢件的控制要点,并通过加强生产过程控制、调整熔炼配料、加入微量合金,提高了铸钢渣罐的冲击性能,满足了客户提出的普通材质生产高冲击性能要求渣罐的要求。
The effects of various elements,non-metallic inclusions and solidification rate on the impact property of cast steel slag tank are analyzed.The key points of controlling the production of high impact steel castings were put forward,and the impact property of the cast steel slag tank was improved by strengthening the production process control,adjusting the smelting charge and adding trace alloy,which met the requirements of the customers for producing high impact steel slag tank with ordinary material.
