摘要
在高端球墨铸铁球状石墨与基体较完善的情况下,提高球铁的纯净度是提高球铁冲击性能、疲劳性能与稳定性的一个重要因素。结合实际生产案例,介绍了S、P、Mn、Ti的含量及其他微量元素和气体[O]、[H]、[N]的含量及非金属夹杂对球墨铸铁纯净度的影响。
On the premise that the spherical graphite and matrix of high end ductile iron are more perfect,improving the purity of ductile iron is an important factor to improve the impact performance,fatigue performance and stability.Combined with the actual production case,the influences of the contents of S,P,Mn,Ti and trace elements,the contents of gases[O],[H],[N]and the non-metallic inclusion on the purity of ductile iron were introduced.
