摘要
采用“型壳”精密成形工艺开发出前轮总成整体铸件。通过整体铸件结构优化设计、铸件材质选择、铸造工艺试制与验证,充分发挥出铸造成形工艺的优势,替代原来零部件组装、焊接成形工序,避免了焊接应力造成的变形等问题,提高了产品质量和生产效率。
The whole casting of front wheel assembly was developed by using the precision forming process of"shell".Through the optimization design of overall casting structure,casting material selection,trial production and verification of casting technology,the advantages of casting forming technology can be brought into full play,replacing original parts assembly and welding forming process,avoiding deformation caused by welding stress and other problems,and improving product quality and production efficiency.
