摘要
对K2000型柴油发动机气缸体铸件材料由HT250变更为RuT400后产生严重浇不足铸造缺陷问题,分析了原浇注系统方案存在的问题,同时排查了原浇注系统参数,提出了采用增加浇注系统各组元面积及局部优化浇道系统的两个改进方案;生产验证表明,改进方案能够有效解决RuT400气缸体铸件浇不足缺陷问题。
In view of the serious casting defect caused by the change of casting material from HT250 to RuT400 for the cylinder block of K2000 diesel engine,the existing problems of the original gating system were analyzed,and the parameters of the original gating system were checked.Two improvement schemes were proposed,namely,increasing the area of each component of the gating system and optimizing the sprue system locally.The production verification shows that the improved scheme can effectively solve the problem of insufficient casting of RuT400 cylinder block.
