摘要
针对碱性酚醛树脂砂型喷涂醇基涂料,研究了不同的喷涂方式对砂型表面硬度的影响。试验结果表明,醇基涂料会降低碱性酚醛树脂砂型表面硬度,而理想的喷涂方式可有效减少砂型表面硬度降低,从而能够得到最佳的砂型硬度,满足高表面质量铸钢件生产。
In this paper,the effect of different spraying methods on the surface hardness of alkaline phenolic resin sand mould was studied.The results show that the alcohol-based coating can reduce the surface hardness of alkaline phenolic resin sand mold,and the ideal spraying method can effectively reduce the surface hardness of sand mold,so as to obtain the best sand mold hardness and satisfy the production of steel casting with high surface quality.
