摘要
目的探讨情景模拟法对提高实习护生临终关怀知识、态度和行为的相关研究与实施价值探讨。方法选取58名实习护生作为本次研究对象,并采取质性与量性结合性研究的方法,在对于实习护生进行情景模拟演练后,即时采取日记的方法并进行半结构式访谈,分析探讨实习护生的临终关怀知识、态度、行为得分情况变化。结果教学完成后,本次研究选取的实习护生临终关怀知识、态度、行为得分较教学前显著提高,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论对于实习护生而言,采用情景模拟法有助于提高护生的临终关怀能力及共情能力,同时也能够提高临终患者的护理服务质量,并有效增强护生的职业认同感。
Objective To explore the value of scenario simulation in improving the knowledge,attitude and behavior of hospice care for nursing students.Methods 58 nursing students were selected as the research objects,and the qualitative and quantitative research methods were adopted.After the scene simulation exercise,the diary method was adopted immediately and semi-structured interview was conducted to analyze and discuss the changes of nursing students’knowledge,attitude and behavior scores of hospice care.Results After the completion of teaching,the scores of knowledge,attitude and behavior of nursing students in this study were significantly higher than those before teaching(P<0.001).Conclusion For the practical nursing students,the use of scenario simulation method can help to improve their ability of hospice care and empathy,improve the quality of nursing services for the dying patients,and effectively enhance their professional identity.
