微信小程序在举办继续医学教育学习班中的管理效率

The Management Efficiency of WeChat Mini Program in Holding a Continuing Medical Education Class

目的分析举办继续医学教育学习班传统人工管理存在的问题,采取相应措施提高管理效率,为实现信息化管理提供思路。方法对参加汕头大学医学院第二附属医院手术室举办的省级继续医学教育项目"手术室护理新进展学习班"的学员,2018年采用传统人工管理,2019年采用微信小程序管理,对两组数据进行统计分析。结果学员现场签到由传统手写的(2.03±1.16)min减少到小程序扫码的(0.81±0.20)min;工作人员管理资料消耗时间从2018年(21.98±4.46)min缩短至2019年(0.18±0.01)min;小程序具有培训资料时时在线、随意离线阅读和收藏等功能,2019年学员对应用微信小程序信息化管理学习班的满意度高达94.79%。结论微信小程序优化签到流程,数据管理准确及时,减少举办方大量人力物力,提高学员满意度,是一种值得应用的信息化管理模式。

Objective This paper analyzes the problems existing in the traditional manual management of continuing medical education classes,and takes corresponding measures to improve the management efficiency,so as to provide ideas for the realization of information management.Methods Two groups of data were statistically analyzed for the trainees who participated in the provincial continuing education program"new progress in operating room nursing study class"held in the operating room of The Second Affiliated Hospital of Shantou University Medical College,traditional manual management was applied in 2018 and WeChat mini program management was applied in 2019.Results The on-site sign-in time of students was reduced from(2.03±1.16)min by traditional handwriting to(0.81±0.20)min by small program scanning.Staff management information consumption time decreased from(21.98±4.46)min in 2018 to(0.18±0.01)min in 2019.The mini program had the functions of reading and collecting training materials online and offline at will.In 2019,students’satisfaction with the application of WeChat mini program information management class was as high as 94.79%.Conclusion WeChat mini program can optimize the check-in process,accurate and immediate data management,reduce a lot of manpower and material resources of the organizer,improve student satisfaction,and it is a valuable information management mode.
