关系冲突对承包人履约行为的影响——关系治理的调节作用 被引量:2

摘要 关系冲突是工程组织交互过程中不可避免的现象,对其治理并消弱负面效应就显得尤为重要。基于交易成本理论和组织行为理论,以关系治理作为调节变量,构建关系冲突对承包人履约行为影响的研究框架。通过对收集到的227份有效数据应用统计分析法进行检验,结果表明:关系冲突会诱发承包人的机会主义行为,并降低其尽善履约行为和字面履约行为的意愿;关系治理在关系冲突与承包人履约行为之间扮演了重要的调节角色,其中信任、沟通和声誉机制既可以正向调节关系冲突与尽善履约行为关系,又可以负向调节关系冲突与机会主义行为关系,但只有声誉机制可以正向调节关系冲突对字面履约行为的影响效应。研究结果对加强关系冲突管理和改善履约行为管理具有借鉴意义。 Relationship conflict is an inevitable phenomenon in the interaction process of engineering organizations;and it is particularly important to manage and weaken negative effects.Based on transaction cost theory and organizational behavior theory,with relationship governance as a moderating variable,a research framework for the impact of relationship conflicts on contractors’performance is constructed.By applying statistical analysis to the collected 227 valid data,the results show that relationship conflicts can induce opportunistic behaviors of contractors and reduce their willingness to perform well and literally;relationship governance is in relationship conflicts and the contractor’s performance of contract plays an important role in mediation.Trust,communication and reputation mechanisms can not only positively regulate the relationship between relationship conflict and perfect performance behavior,but also negatively regulate the relationship between relationship conflict and opportunistic behavior;however,only reputation the mechanism can positively regulate the effect of relationship conflict on literal performance.The research results have reference significance for strengthening relationship conflict management and improving contract performance management.
