基于优化AHP与物元可拓模型的高层建筑施工安全风险评价 被引量:23

摘要 为评价高层建筑施工安全风险状况,预防高层建筑施工安全事故的发生,文章通过分析高层建筑施工安全风险及其致因,系统构建了由5个一级指标和25个二级指标构成的高层建筑施工安全风险评价指标体系;优化了层次分析法(AHP)应用于权重计算的方法并与物元可拓模型有机结合,构建了高层建筑施工安全风险评价的优化AHP-物元可拓模型;运用该指标体系和模型对西安某高层建筑施工工程项目的安全风险进行了实证研究,得出了该高层建筑施工安全风险等级为2级(较安全)的评价结果;为该工程项目针对性地提出了进一步加强施工安全工作的整改建议措施。评价结果与实际安全情况相符,验证了该指标体系和模型对于高层建筑施工安全风险评价的可靠性和适用性。文章为AHP的应用和高层建筑施工安全风险管理提供了一种新的视角和手段。 In order to evaluate the status of high-rise building construction safety risk and prevent the occurrence of high-rise building construction safety accidents,this paper analyzes the construction safety risk of high-rise building and its causes.The index system of high-rise building construction safety risk assessment is constructed,which consists of 5 first-class indexes and 25 second-class indexes.The application method of analytic hierarchy process(AHP)is optimized and combined with matter-element extension model,and an optimized AHP-matter-element extension model is constructed.This index system and model are used to study the safety risk of a high-rise building construction project in Xi'an,and the evaluation result of the high-rise building construction safety risk grade 2(relatively safe)is obtained.For this project,the author puts forward some measures to strengthen the safety work of construction.The evaluation result is consistent with the actual safety situation,which verifies the reliability and applicability of the index system and model to the construction safety risk evaluation of high-rise buildings.This paper provides a new perspective and means for the application of AHP and construction safety risk management of high-rise buildings.
