摘要 本文针对传统抗震加固技术,基于Revit平台开发了既有建筑抗震加固的BIM模块。首先,梳理了Revit平台二次开发技术和抗震加固技术,建立了模块整体架构。随后,基于C#语言,针对增大截面法、外包型钢加固法、粘钢加固法等抗震加固技术开发了相应的快速建模功能,并通过梁、柱、墙等构件的抗震加固介绍了该模块的功能和实现路径。最后,以某小学主教学楼的抗震加固项目为例,实现了结构抗震加固的BIM快速建模。研究结果表明:该模块能够在较短时间内实现既有建筑抗震加固工程的快速BIM建模,从而在既有建筑模型的基础上形成三维可视、信息共享的新建筑模型。显著提升了设计和施工效率,并为既有建筑加固项目的各专业协同工作、全过程项目管理提供了重要工具。 This paper develops an existing architecture seismic retrofit BIM module based on Revit platform for the traditional seismic retrofitting technology.Firstly,the secondary development technology and seismic retrofitting technology of Revit software platform are introduced,and the framework of the module for development is established.Then,the seismic retrofitting technology fast modeling functions,including enlarging sections,external steel-clad,sticking steel plates,and sticking FRP,are developed in Revit platform using the C#.The functions of this platform and implementation paths are introduced through the seismic retrofitting of beams,columns,walls,and other components.Finally,taking the seismic retrofitting project of a primary school bishopric building as a case,the BIM rapid modeling of the retrofitted structure is realized.The research results show that the developed module can realize the rapid BIM modeling of the existing building anti-seismic reinforcement project.As a result,the new building model with three-dimensional visibility and information sharing based on the existing building model.Thus,the module can significantly improve the efficiency of design and construction.Meanwhile,it provides a tool for the collaborative work of all disciplines and the whole process project management of the existing building retrofitting project.
