临床常用中药提取物在葡萄膜炎治疗中的新进展

New progress in the treatment of uveitis by extracts of traditional Chinese medicine

葡萄膜炎是一种免疫异常导致的炎症性眼病,为我国致盲的主要原因之一。葡萄膜炎目前多采用激素及免疫抑制剂等疗法,但并不能完全治愈,且伴有一系列并发症。中药的抗炎、抗氧化损伤等优势使其在葡萄膜炎的治疗中发挥重要作用;且副作用小、经济安全等特点更利于临床使用。本文综述了临床中药组方及常用中药提取物在葡萄膜炎中的应用及具体机制,旨在为医生临床应用中药提供参考。

Uveitis is an inflammatory eye disease caused by immune abnormalities,and it is one of the main causes of blindness in my country.Uveitis is currently mostly treated with hormones and immunosuppressive agents,but it cannot be cured completely and is accompanied by a series of complications.The advantages of anti-inflammatory and anti-oxidative damage of traditional Chinese medicine make it play an important role in the treatment of uveitis;and the characteristics of small side effects,economy and safety are more conducive to clinical use.This article reviews the application and specific mechanisms of clinical Chinese medicine prescriptions and common Chinese medicine extracts in uveitis,aiming to provide reference for doctors in clinical application of Chinese medicine.
